Ryan Gallego shares how he grew up with the Special Editions and how that led into seeing The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. We also chat about the importance of the Clone Wars, Rebels and Bad Batch. We dive into his Star Wars inspired tatoos, his love for Ahsoka, and the hunt for action figures.
Ryan Gallego works with The LEGO Group on all of your favorite IPs – which means if there’s a movie or show for example, Ghostbusters, Jurassic Park, DC or anything that collaborates with Lego, he’s helping to make that happen! He’s worked on events & themed entertainment with such brands as Disney, Marvel & Lionsgate. He’s a massive Star Wars fan who came to the franchise through the re-release of the OT, but grew up with the Prequel Trilogy. And such a big fan that he had a Star Wars themed wedding. And if that sounds familiar, it’s because his wife, Jennifer, has shared what Star Wars means to her on this show and attributed her own re-ignited fandom for the franchise to being with him.
